Order Editing
Made a mistake at checkout? You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make changes yourself. During that window, you can add, remove, or swap items and variants in your order, update your shipping address, and apply a discount code you forgot to enter. Just enter your email and order number in our Customer Portal login page and click the 'edit order' button. After 30 minutes, your order moves into fulfillment and can no longer be edited.
