We want you to be happy with your purchase from Big Skinny. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in resellable condition.

To begin a return or exchange, please use our self-service Returns Portal. Once your request is submitted, you'll receive step-by-step instructions for completing your return.
Checkout+
At checkout, you'll have the option to purchase Checkout+. If you purchase Checkout+, you'll receive free return shipping for eligible returns started through our Returns Portal. If you choose not to purchase Checkout+, you can still return eligible items within our 30-day return window, but you'll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Checkout+ is currently available for U.S. orders only.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, subject to product availability through our Returns Portal.
If your requested replacement is unavailable, we'll contact you with alternative options.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused and in resellable condition.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Items purchased through third-party promotions or retailers are not eligible for returns or refunds through Big Skinny and must be handled according to the original seller's policy.
Gift Returns
If you received a Big Skinny item as a gift, you may initiate a gift return through our Gift Returns Portal. Eligible gift returns that meet our return requirements may be refunded as store credit rather than to the original form of payment.
